Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

  1. These terms and conditions govern the services provided by TG Transports ("we", "our", "us") to you ("the client", "you", "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.


2. Services Provided

  1. TG Transports offers vehicle collection and delivery services across the UK. We transport cars and other vehicles as agreed with the client at the time of booking.


3. Quotes and Pricing

  1. All quotes provided by TG Transports are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

  2. The quote includes the cost of vehicle transportation, insurance, and any applicable VAT.

  3. Any additional services (e.g., urgent deliveries or special requests) may incur extra charges, which will be agreed upon with the client prior to service.


4. Payment Terms

  1. Payment is due in full upon completion of the transport service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  2. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods as agreed.

  3. Late payments may incur additional fees, and we reserve the right to withhold delivery of the vehicle until payment is received in full.


5. Cancellations and Amendments

  1. Clients may cancel or amend a booking with no charge up to 24 hours before the agreed collection time.

  2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the collection time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed transport cost.

  3. If the client wishes to amend the booking after it has been confirmed, TG Transports will attempt to accommodate changes, but additional charges may apply.


6. Insurance

  1. TG Transports holds £100,000 of transport insurance coverage to protect your vehicle during transport.

  2. In the event of any damage or loss during transit, the client must notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Our insurance does not cover personal items left inside the vehicle. We advise clients to remove all personal belongings before transportation.


7. Vehicle Condition and Inspection

  1. The client is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is in a roadworthy condition and complies with legal requirements for transport.

  2. TG Transports will perform a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and post-delivery inspection (PDI) of the vehicle. Any damage noted will be documented before transport begins.

  3. TG Transports will not be responsible for any pre-existing damage or mechanical faults that were not disclosed before the vehicle was handed over for transport.


8. Delays and Force Majeure

  1. TG Transports will make every effort to adhere to agreed delivery schedules, but we will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather, road closures, or mechanical breakdowns.

  2. In the event of such delays, we will notify the client as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery time.


9. Client Responsibilities

  1. The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the vehicle's location, delivery address, and any special requirements for the transport.

  2. The client must ensure that the vehicle is available for collection at the agreed time and location. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or rescheduling fees.


10. Limitation of Liability

  1. TG Transports will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, revenue, or reputation, arising from the use of our services.

  2. Our total liability to the client in connection with the services provided is limited to the amount covered by our transport insurance policy.


11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  1. If you have any complaints about our services, please contact us immediately. We will aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

  2. In the case of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the matter will be referred to an independent arbitration service.


12. Governing Law

  1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  1. TG Transports reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and clients will be notified of significant changes before they come into effect.
